Class Descriptions

All classes are FREE for non-members during the first week of every month. Come try a few!

BarBelles   A women’s weightlifting class with an emphasis on building strength. Perfect for ladies who might not feel comfortable exploring the weight room alone and who are seeking a supportive and fun atmosphere.

BodyBlast    A fun, energetic combination of cardio and body weight exercises that will improve your overall conditioning and confidence for any type of physical activity.

Boxing    Provides circuit training that will help you build endurance and get ripped while learning timetested boxing techniques. All levels welcome. No sparring.

DanceFit    A fun and energizing combination of functional training and dance set to motivating music.  A great way to start your day on a positive note, burn calories and tone your entire body at the same time. All levels welcome!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)    A fast-paced workout with a combination of body weight, free weights, and a true test of core strength. Regulars of this class will see results in weight loss, muscular endurance, and a boost in energy for the day!

Kickboxing    Combines Western boxing with Karate and Muay Thai kicking techniques for a full-body workout. Sessions are focused on proper technique and building speed and power. No sparring.

Rise and Grind   A group strength and conditioning class that incorporates mobility, weightlifting, gymnastics, running and rowing to improve your functional fitness capacity. Movement and intensity will be adjusted to your current fitness level to focus on good technique.

Strength & Conditioning    A two-part class: strong heart and strong body. Strength is obtained through pushing, pulling, and various leg exercises. Conditioning happens through high bursts of activity to really strengthen the walls of the heart!

Yoga – Strala BASICS    A simple flow that releases tensions from your body and mind, while resting attention calmly on the breath. You’ll build awareness and confidence with movements to accomplish simple and challenging movements with ease.

Yoga – Strala ENERGIZE    A moving flow that invigorates your body and mind while resting attention calmly on your breath. You’ll feel awake, energized, and super creative.

Yoga – Strala GENTLE    An easygoing flow that softly awakens and sensitizes the whole body and mind while building awareness through meditative movement. You’ll build focus and clarity through the simplicity of ease.

Yoga – Strala METAL    A moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. Calm ease is carried through simple yet challenging movements so you build strength and mobility evenly. You get happy and healthy from the inside out!

Yoga – Strala RELAX    A moving flow that releases tension from your body and mind, while resting attention calmly on your breath. You drop the stress and feel revitalized all over!

Yoga – Strala STRONG    A moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. Calm ease is carried through simple and challenging movements alike so you build strength and mobility evenly. You get happy and healthy from the inside out!
