Class Descriptions

All classes are free for Summit members.

Boxing
Boxing class incorporates ring-work, bag work and circuit training to help you build endurance and get ripped while learning time-tested boxing techniques. All levels welcome.

Advanced Boxing is a limited-space class that requires instructor permission to join. If you are interested, get in to one of Coach Barajas’ classes and let him know.

YogaGo Stretch and Flow
A combination of Sun Salutations, Warrior Flows and Balance Poses creates the perfect start to your weekend. Come learn how to master your movements by using your breath. Whether you’re going hard or going slow, set yourself up right with YogaGo.

Kickboxing
This class combines western boxing with Karate and Muay Thai kicking techniques for a full-body workout. Trainees will learn proper striking technique and develop speed and power. Class does not include sparring, and all levels are welcome.

Patio Yoga
Join us on the Next Level patio for this open-air Vinyasa blend. Unwind from the day, and enjoy the beautiful weather (unless it isn’t, in which case we just won’t).

Rise and Grind
The mother of all morning workouts. Rise and Grind uses periodization (planned progression) to develop functional movement and lean strength.

Tabata Training
The fat-blasting Tabata protocol develops both aerobic and anaerobic fitness in a 30 minute session. If you’re training to improve body composition, or just hoping to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, make this class part of your week.
